Yes, We Do Accept Insurance

We are currently In-Network Providers for almost every insurance carrier in our area. Prior to your treatment, we will provide you a written estimate for your portion of the costs, ensure accurate completion and filing of your claims, and happily answer any questions you may have about your policy. We simply ask that you pay your portion before we begin your treatment. Also, we do have payment plans available, pending credit approval.  If we can be of any additional assistance, please call or email and ask for Carla.
