Dr. Jared Cox D.D.S., P.A.

Well…I grew up in Oklahoma, as did my wife Casey. I originally came to Harding to prepare for medical school and play baseball, but along the way I decided the nuances of clinical dentistry fit me much better than a hospital setting and dentistry would certainly be better for my family goals. After graduating from HU, I trained at Oklahoma University Medical Center, and during that time I met my wife. Even though I grew up in Oklahoma, I knew Searcy should be my home so Casey and I moved here in 2002.  Since then we had our first son, Christian. He’s a terrific kid; I couldn’t be prouder. He is who he is by God’s grace and my wife’s love. When you come to our office you’ll see his face everywhere.

Through the last 5 years I have enjoyed building a family dental practice, and through the next 5 I intend to direct more of our efforts toward advanced dentistry. When we built our new office, one of the priorities we set was to continually go forward with high-level training – as a team. Our team has a committed focus on well-rounded family dentistry, but we specifically develop our protocols for TMJ, cosmetic dentistry, and surgery according to standards of care followed by international leaders in neuromuscular dentistry. We train at LVI Global, an institution where dentists and team members from around the world come to develop cosmetic and advanced treatment protocols and skills. The programs there are rigorous and they challenge us to our limits every time, but at the end of the day when I realize I’m working side-by-side with the most accomplished doctors from Canada, China, Australia and the most cosmetically demanding cities in the US, I remember what a blessing I have.
